Dr Simon Bowen

It is with profound sadness that we share the news that our colleague, friend and Head of Knowledge Exchange Dr Simon Bowen passed away on Sunday 10th March.

Simon was an outstanding ambassador for the Sugar Beet Industry, widely respected for his extensive sugar beet knowledge and his enthusiasm for the crop. He will be greatly missed.

Our thoughts and sympathies are with his family and friends at this difficult time.

The family have requested that we circulate the details of his funeral should you wish to attend:

Friday 5th April, 10am at the Mintlyn Crematorium, Lynn Rd, King's Lynn PE32 1HB, and afterwards at the King William PH, Terrington St Clements, Norfolk.
